Our fully licensed site is open six days a week, we buy and recycle scrap metal from the general public as well as local tradesmen, commercial enterprises and other scrap metal merchants.
We specialise in the processing of non-ferrous metals such as: Copper, aluminium, brass and stainless steel. We are able to unload commercial vehicles, and offer fork lift truck and other mechanised offloading solutions as needed. We have the capability to recycle ANY volume of scrap metal, whether that be a few household items from a member of the public or industrial volumes delivered in by lorry. We will efficiently sort and process your material in a quick but environmentally safe manner.

Our facility
Located in The Hayes Trading Estate, Lye, Stourbridge UK; our well-organised, family-run metal recycling facility is open 6 days per week with a calibrated full-size weighbridge capable of handling vehicles up to 44-tonne artic trucks. We also have two small scales on site, readily available for our customers to use for smaller quantity metals or non-ferrous grades.
All our team on site are experienced and knowledgeable on all grades of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals and are there to help make your experience with Hawkmet Ltd easy and enjoyable.
Please note: We have a strict health and safety policy on site and require ALL persons on site to wear a Hi-vis jacket at all times. Your safety is our priority at all times.
