Bailing

Bailing machines use hydraulics to operate the pressing mechanism that crushes larger pieces of metal into smaller block/cubes. The bailed shape depends on the density of the metals. The machine will then shear the bales into blocks of particular sizes which are then separated. These bales like the ones shown on the left section, are now easily transported and can be melted down to create a new product at its final destination, contributing to the ‘circular’ economy principle of recycle, reduce and reuse.
