We have invested in the highest spec granulation machines and are able to produce 99.9% pure copper or aluminium granules from scrap wiring.
The granulator machine is a completely environmentally friendly technique to separate metals and plastic from cables and wires. Cable is fed into a pre-shredder which is then transferred onto the conveyor. The conveyor feeds into the granulator which will use a powerful magnet to separate any ferrous materials. The granulated material is then processed by a pulverising mill before an air separator uses specific gravity and air flow to separate the copper granules from plastic. We then weigh and store the granules for sale and reuse.
